The phrase "personal growth" has its different meanings. In this case, it's about my personal growth! You might wonder what that means, well its simple, as we grow up in age, we go through a phase of struggle with maturity.
My growth as in my physical appearance could mean that maybe I've got a glow up, I'm much prettier /handsome or i even grew in height.
My personal growth on the other hand, could mean I'm a better person considering the way i act, speak, think and behave. Kinda similar to character development!
It must be really hard at some times, but it takes patience to find your way out and actually make progress.
