Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this letter to express my anger about the services your hotel provided.
I am outraged of the inhuman conditions I have encountered while staying there. There were no towels, no hot water and the cutlery was dirty! The maid has been so rude to us when we complained about the internet connection being low and we even found a dead bug under the bed!
I demand full refund or else I will take further action in court!
